Spring League

What is Spring League?

Bellingham Ultimate offers a mixed hat league. Our adult Spring league program runs once a week from  

April 13th To June 8th 6-8 pm at Phillips 66 Fields 

(Northwest and Smith roads)

Join our mixed gender spring league open to ages 16 and up! This league is a draft league where our captains work to make balanced teams. Games play to 15 points. The gender ratio for women and male matching players is 4:3 or 3:4. 

Important Dates: 

•  April 13th-June 8th- Spring league season
• Wednesday March 15th: Registration opens
•  Sunday April 9th: Registration close
•  Monday April 10th: Drafting of teams
• Thursday April 13th-Clinic: Come meet your captains and practice skills!  We will do throwing practice and play some small ultimate adjacent games! 
• Thursday April 20 th: First day of game play
• April20th or April 26th: We will receive our jerseys either the first or second week of game play. 

 Things to know! 

• Our first day of spring league will look a little different. When you get to the field look for your team color and meet your captains! 
• A return to colors. each team will receive a jersey that matches their team color.
• This year we are trying out a different type of subbing list. If you know you won't be able to play much this year, get your name on our sub list!  If a captain knows they will be low on numbers they can look at the sub-list to find a player.  There will be a separate registration to get on the sub-list. Each sub will need to sign our waiver. If they end up playing they will be asked to pay the sub fee. Registration pricing: 

We recognize that everyone has a different income level and we want to make our programs accessible to everyone.  We chose a tier system for people to choose which tier best fits them. 

This sliding scale gives 3 points of entry. If everyone pays at tier 2 this will cover the costs of our program. If you can pay it forward, choose tier 1 which helps someone else to participate.  Register at tier 3 if you need assistance.
